hello :3 my name is danika (or digi to some ppl online), i'm 20 years old ('06), and i'm from missouri (yes, american, unfortunately). i got into coding and the indieweb around november of 2025, and i love having a space to put my creations and thoughts. I post mostly poetry and on my blog, though i'm hoping to add some short stories, too! i've always been into writing as a flowery form of communication- writing stories in class when i was younger to filling my journal full of shitty poems nowadays, it's in my blood.

besides the web and writing, i also like horror media, reading works from revolutionaries (assata shakur, thomas sankara..,) and those that live alternative lifestyles (diane di prima, ginsberg, rlly any beat poet). i love old tech, which i guess kinda comes with love of the old web. i journal a lot, play a lot of minecraft and such. i do a lot of sitting on my porch and thinking.
